Delivery Information

Your order is given our personal attention and like all inquiries are dealt with as quickly as possible. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 working days, however some beds may be sent on a 1-3-day delivery if we have them in stock. If you have any special requests regarding delivery or your order in general, please e-mail us and your request will be dealt with immediately. We understand how frustrating dealing with many other mail order companies can be and we endeavour to meet and exceed all your expectations with one-to-one personal service.

Delivery Charges for Sofas & Sliding Wardrobes

You can collect the sofa yourself from our Warehouse between the Hours of 09:30 - 17:30 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 - 16:00 on Sunday.

However, if you require a delivery then it can be arranged within 8 - 10 working days of purchase excluding Scotland and Ireland. 

The delivery charge is £75 within 100 miles of CV1 5ED. Anything over 100 miles please ring our office for delivery cost. We will give you 1 - 2 days’ advance notice by phone so please provide us with your best contact numbers.

We use our two professional team members who are only insured to deliver the sofa to your door step. However, the delivery staff will happily place the items into a room of your choice on the ground floor only. 

Important Notice:  If you require delivery upstairs the drivers will charge an additional £20.00 this is a discretionary fee between you the customer and the drivers. This fee does not relate to the company.

Please note we are not liable for any damages to property or furniture while entering your property. PLEASE NOTE THE DELIVERY CHARGE COVERS OUR DELIVERY/COLLECTION EXPENSES SO IF THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED OR DO NOT FIT THEN UNFORTUNATELY THE DELIVERY CHARGE CANNOT BE REFUNDED

Tracking Your Order

You can track the status of your order online by logging into your shawnfurniture.co.uk account. Alternatively, if you give our offices a call regarding your order, they will be happy to assist you with any queries that you may have.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and not later than 72 hours after receiving the order on 02476 553688, or alternatively email sales@shawnfurniture.co.uk

Liability

All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late. Invariably this is to do with factors outside of shawnfurniture.co.uk control. For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
